Meet Krystle Hearley, a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist committed to fostering an environment where clients can heal and connect with their true selves. With vast personal and professional experience, Krystle empowers individuals to tackle life's challenges by enhancing emotional resilience and nurturing loving relationships.
Krystle's journey as a therapist began in 2012 when she pursued her credentials as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). During this time, she also began her personal journey in therapy, leading to her own healing and personal growth. This dual journey in education and personal introspection revealed a powerful truth: The relationship we cultivate with ourselves profoundly influences our relationships with others.
Embracing lifestyle medicine as a key to her own healing, Krystle expanded her mental health expertise to become a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP). She now skillfully combines traditional talk therapy with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. This integrative approach enables her to guide clients in turning challenges into opportunities for growth, fostering holistic wellness and greater self-awareness.
With empathy and insight, Krystle empowers her clients on their healing journeys, supporting them in developing satisfying and loving relationships both within themselves and with those around them.
Outside her professional life, Krystle enjoys quotes, analogies, dancing, running, reading, and creating. Krystle is also a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran (active duty 2002-2006, right out of high school). Today, she is married, with two large doodles who keep her busy. Krystle is a self-proclaimed introvert and over the years has recognized more how this personal truth shapes her life in various ways - creating a life that is uniquely and authentically hers. She wants everyone to experience the life-changing effects that cultivating love and wellness can have on one's life.

Individual sessions can be scheduled for 45 or 60 minutes. Together, one-on-one, we work to achieve the goals you have and improve areas of struggle. This is a safe space to begin healing and start thriving.
