Meet Krystle Hearley, a compassionate psychotherapist dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for Clients (and friends) to heal and grow. With a wealth of personal and professional experience, Krystle empowers others as they navigate life's challenges, improving their emotional resilience and interpersonal connections.
In 2012, while pursuing her qualifications to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Krystle embarked on her own therapeutic journey. Realizing the potential for profound personal and professional growth, she sought therapy to examine and transform her relationships with both herself and others. Here, she learned and embraced a universal truth: Our relationship with ourself is paramount, influencing all connections we build with others.
Krystle understands firsthand some of the trials that life can present and passionately believes in the transformative power of healing. Her therapeutic approach centers on empowering clients to rewire their minds and bodies, recognizing challenges (both past and present) as opportunities for growth.
With empathy and insight, Krystle Hearley remains committed to guiding her clients on their paths to healing, helping them to cultivate fulfilling and loving relationships within and beyond.
On a more personal note, Krystle is a lover of quotes and analogies. She enjoys dancing, running, reading, and creating. Krystle is also a United States Marine Corps Veteran (active duty 2002-2006, right out of high school). She is now married with two large doodles who keep her busy. Krystle is a self-proclaimed introvert and over the years has recognized more how this personal truth shapes her life in various ways - creating a life that is uniquely and authentically hers. She wants everyone to experience the life-changing effects cultivating love and realness can have on one's life.
"Krystle was a wonderful therapist who helped me through a very hard time in my life. She was non-judgmental and always created a safe space to share."
"She really helped me identify my own thought patterns and to stand up more for myself."
"Exceptional therapist. We’ve worked together for a few weeks now. During our weekly video sessions she creates a safe and judgement free space where I’ve been able to work on/discuss sensitive topics that I’ve been holding onto for years."
Self-exploration will take you on a journey of discovering your true individual self. It aids in confident, intentional decision-making. Discovering the ins and outs of who you are allows you to create your life on your terms.
Confidence building is a natural result of our work together. A lack of confidence can come from messages we received earlier in life; experiences that didn't go as hoped; excessive pressures; problematic mindset, etc. We will build your sense of self and let go of beliefs that are holding you back.
People pleasing is a choice rooted in the beliefs we hold. It becomes a learned habit. People pleasing and being nice are NOT the same thing. Considering other people's needs and desires more than your own will fuel resentment. We will untangle beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you.
Not only does managing daily stressors and anxieties improve the quality of your day, but it also is shown to prevent/help manage various chronic medical conditions. Stress management tools allow a person to feel less frustration and worry less over life's many expectations and demands.
Thought work has been described as the most critical work you can ever do. Statistics show that we have upwards of 70,000 thoughts per day. Gaining awareness leads to increased control over them and power to shift them. Tackling limiting beliefs will shatter the glass ceiling of what you can achieve.
Improving communication skills will deepen relationships and lead to fewer conflicts and misunderstandings. Effective communication skills help people express themselves, listen better, react less, and build trust.
Believing is balance is different than behaving in balance. Behaving in balance requires a deeper look into a person's lifestyle and daily choices. With so much to do and be responsibility for in modern day life, achieving balance requires skill and determination before it become natural to your way of living.
A person is naturally more vulnerable when going through the growth and change process. What was dependable and predictable is now shifting. Having someone to check in with and hold you accountable is proven to increase success rates. Going through change can be scary, even positive changes. Support helps you remember why you are doing this.

Urgent crisis sessions are available. These do not replace calling 911 for emergencies or 988 if you are having suicidal ideation. If you are experiencing emotional turmoil and would like support asap, we can accomodate this.

A group environment provides a uniquely powerful environment for healing and growth. Groups are created based on similarities of the participants - a mutual problem area or a matching demographic.
This is where you can find an ever-expanding database of high-quality products and resources, already on the market, that I recommend (and have most likely used myself).
Professionals who I believe I can recommend for various services will be listed here in a database.
As I see a need for new resources, I will create and upload them here.
